The HTML format that is used for Web pages consists of plain text with formatting commands enclosed in angle brackets.  When this option is on (there will be check beside the menu entry)  the contents pane will ignore everything enclosed in angle brackets in files ending with an htm or html extension.  This make the text much easier to read.

Note that when Wilbur indexes a file it will index words inside the angle brackets, so it is possible that the contents pane may show no matches for a file that Wilbur reports as containing the desired text.  Use this command to view the full HTML in order to see the matches.
